EDIPAM offers non-technical users easy administration as well as complete overview and control over the exchange of electronic documents between your company and your trading partners.
The platform combines Microsoft BizTalk Server and Microsoft Dynamics C/XRM.

Document typeThe type of document that can be exchanged via the platform. This could be 'order', 'invoice' or 'packing list'. |

Type of communications channelThe type of communication that can be used to exchange documents via the platform. By default FTP, email and read/write access to folders are supported. |

Communications channelA specific configuration of a communications channel - e.g. for FTP this means server address, username and password. |

Electronic documentA variation of document type that can be exchanged via the platform. E.g. 'OIO XML' or EDIFACT D96A'. By default the formats XML, EDI and text files are supported. |

PartnerA trading partner with which documents are exchanged via the platform. EDIPAM needs to know the partner's name as well as internal and external ID. |

ExchangeAn exchange of an electronic document with a specific partner via a specific communications channel. |
