Be in control of partners and clients

A modern company often has many different partners, each with their own types of documents and document standards. The BizTalk Server will handle this without problems.

BizTalk Server is an incredibly flexible and effective tool. But it does require a certain degree of technical knowledge to make changes in the configuration, if you, for example, need to set up new partners, delete old ones or find out why a given order is not found in the ERP-system.

Usually, the daily user must contact the company's EDI consultant or another IT-professional, who will then perform the required task - and may even require support from an external consultant.

This is why Vertica has developed EDIPAM, which is based on MS Dynamics CRM 4.0. EDIPAM is a 'layer', placed on top of the BizTalk Server that provides easy access to the administration of your suppliers and clients.

EDIPAM provides all users with a complete overview of the processes and exchanges of information that take place on the BizTalk Server and enables the user to administer them. In this way, users can find answers to many of their questions on their own and, as a result, a lot of the company's internal it-resources are freed up.

Users can quickly and easily set up a new partner or delete an old one, configure which documents that can be sent and received and see where documents went and why. This means that in many cases the end user can quickly explain to a client, why his order has not yet been processed, or find out why an invoice has not yet been received.

EDIPAM also makes it possible to search through all your partners and the documents you exchange. This provides a valuable overview and a quick response time with regard to requests from clients and suppliers.
